Thres intervals
Three rounds held just under your limit. Hard to love, impossible to argue with.

What happens
After a proper warm up you work in three rounds of five minutes, held just under the point where your breathing gets away from you. Stations rotate between the sled, the ropes and the bike. Rest is two minutes, and you will use all of it.
This is the class the studio is named after. The aim is not to finish in pieces. It is to finish the last round at the same heart rate as the first.
Who it is for
Members with a few weeks of Base behind them. If you are new, start with Engine and Strength circuit and your coach will tell you when to move across.
What you will notice
Your Thres heart rate creeping upwards at each re-test.
Hard efforts that feel controlled rather than frantic.
A very good night of sleep afterwards.

Mobility and breath
Slow stretching, breath work and time on the floor. Your heart rate drops, and so do your shoulders.
