The studio
A warehouse, a wall
and five zones.
Thres lives in a former tannery by the water. One open floor, twelve stations and a wall of heart rates that everybody pretends not to look at.

Since 2019
We coach the number on the wall, not the one on the scale.
Mara Oyelaran opened Thres with twelve chest straps and one idea: most people train too hard on their easy days and too easy on their hard ones, and a heart-rate monitor is the only thing honest enough to say so.
Six years on there are four coaches, twenty-six classes a week and a waiting list on Wednesdays. The straps have multiplied. The idea has not changed, and neither has the rule that nobody gets shouted at.

First class
Your first class
is on us.
Come fifteen minutes early. We fit a strap, find your maximum with a short ramp test and show you round. Then you train.
