Tomas Brandt

Conditioning

Rowed for his country, now rows next to you. Counts down, never up.

Experience

Coaching since 2015

Background

Former national squad rower, Level 3 PT

Tomas rowed in the national lightweight squad for six years and can read a split time from across the room. He joined Thres in its first month and has run the conditioning programme ever since.

He leads Engine and Max. His classes are known for two things: precise pacing, and a countdown that somehow makes the last ten seconds feel shorter.

Ask him about

  • Rowing technique, in detail.

  • How to pace a first Max class.

  • Anything involving a sled.
